We are excited to share the success story of our recent project, “Nepal Plant”, a PU foaming plant setup by Santech Foam Machines for Chadhani Foam Industries Pvt Ltd in Nepal. Our team was determined to complete this project efficiently, considering the challenges of setting up a new plant in a different location.
Our client, Chadhani Foam Industries Pvt Ltd, required a Continuous Foaming Plant with a Puff panel room, a Vertical Cutting Machine (SMV 8500), a Rotary Cutting Machine (11 blocks), and a Pillow cutting machine. We provided them with the necessary appliances and equipment to ensure a smooth and hassle-free production process. One of the significant challenges we faced during the project was the plant’s remote location. The transportation of heavy machines and equipment was a daunting task. However, our team was committed to meeting the client’s requirements and ensuring the project’s timely completion.
We also ensured the plant was equipped with state-of-the-art technology for maximum efficiency and productivity. We focused on delivering a plant to produce high-quality foam products, reduce wastage, and minimize production costs. After a few months of hard work, we are proud to have completed the Nepal Plant project. The plant is now fully functional, producing top-quality foam products and meeting the client’s expectations.
