Batch Foaming Machines

First, all chemicals are weighed and stored in preparation for the operation. The polyol and catalysts are poured into the mixing vessel, and the first mixing begins by pressing the speed one push button. Now, TDI and water are poured in a fast sequence, and speed two is turned on. The chemicals are mixed and released into the mould by the machine. The mold’s open door is manually closed. After 5 to 10 minutes, the block can be demolded.
