The Block Cut-Off Machine is designed to cut PU foam slabs into precise block lengths during continuous foaming operations. Integrated directly into the cutting line, it operates between transport conveyors and follows slab movement in sync with foaming speed. A swing-frame cutting unit with a circulating horizontal band knife performs perpendicular cross cuts. Once the required block length is reached, the transport conveyors pause, and the cutting unit automatically lowers to complete the cut.
